Will the Free tier stay free?+
Yes. The Free tier is the whole product for one mailbox. Pro only matters if you maintain 2+ inboxes or want the rules engine.
Why no refunds on the Monthly plan?+
You can use the entire Free tier indefinitely before paying — that's your trial. Once you upgrade to Monthly Pro, you've already evaluated the product, so each $5 charge is final. You can cancel any time and won't be billed again.
How do Yearly refunds work?+
If you request a refund within the first 30 days of a Yearly plan, we refund $45 (the full $50 less $5 for your first month of usage). After 30 days, the Yearly plan is non-refundable.
What happens when my Yearly plan ends?+
It auto-renews at the same $50 price, locked in. If our pricing goes up in year two, you keep year-one's rate as long as you don't cancel. Cancel any time to stop renewal — your Pro features stay active until the end of your paid term.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?+
Yes. Switching Monthly → Yearly applies a credit for unused days. Switching Yearly → Monthly takes effect at the end of your current year.
